Successful Fountain Project
The PLC Controlled Fountain project was successfully completed and currently maintained by GITA ISDC
ISDC was set up as part of a national skill development mission to fulfil the growing need in India for skilled manpower across sectors and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills. The Union Finance Minister announced the formation of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in his Budget Speech (2008-09): "...There is a compelling need to launch a world-class skill development programme in a mission mode that will address the challenge of imparting the skills required by a growing economy. Both the structure and the leadership of the mission must be such that the programme can be scaled up quickly to cover the whole country."
To rapidly scale up skill development efforts in India, by creating an end-to-end, outcome-focused implementation framework, which aligns demands of the employers for a well-trained skilled workforce with aspirations of Indian citizens for sustainable livelihoods.
Branch of Engineering which applies innovative thinking and responsible for giving birth to most advanced technologies that we use today. Starting from a simple remote controlled car to a Full fledged Robot, everything comes under the roof of Embedded Systems.
Logic rules the industrial automatic world and is responsible for controlling most simple to most crutial part of the equipment in the industry. This is where Programmable Logic Controllers come in, which gives extra-ordinary capabilities to controllers to do crutial jobs and perform timed tasks.
Ever saw a machine to automatically adjust itself with change in some physical conditions? Yeah!! That's the magic of control system which gives analog systems a miniature brain to adjust itself with respect to continuously change in physical parameters. Here everything is a magic of engg. mathematics and electrical technologies fused together.
Love robots? Ever thought how the robots works, from a ground level and what does it take to build a robot? Care to know what's inside. Join the Robotics department! You'll learn to build starting from a simplest manual robot to a automated walking robot and would apply a great deal of coding skills. Join the ride!
